This will be our second year of beekeeping. We sold out our honey last year within 2 and a half months!. My dad is a local beekeeper, part of the Harrow Beekeepers' Association, and I am helping him to sell his honey 🍯! Our bees are located in our home garden. Last year we have 1 hive and now we have 2 that are growing with a possability of a third.

We are locally based in Harrow. You can choose to request delivery; we will have a small fee of £3.99 for delivery and it should arrive in 3 to 5 business days, when we have honey in stock.

 

You can also choose to collect honey from us in person by selecting it at checkout. I will then contact you to arrange a collection slot that suits.

 

We are looking to soon bring our honey to local markets where possible. 

 

If you missed the last batch, don't worry, you can also secure our honey by pre-ordering. Our next harvest will be in late spring to early summer. 🍯

 

N.B. All raw honeys will crystallise over time. If you find that this honey has started to develop crystals and that you would prefer to enjoy it in a runny state, gently warm your honey jar in some hand-hot water.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days, for personalised product 4-7 days (3-4 weeks for trade).

RETURNS

We are happy to refund your products within 30 days of purchase. Simply send your items back to us in 'NEW CONDITION' and we will refund your original payment method within 7
working days. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right
to partially refund. We will not accept any products that have been used.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning
experience. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded.

Contact us to talk about what you are returning and your reasons for the return to info@chantic.co.uk. We will send you the address for returns. We will refund your original payment method in line with our RETURN POLICY terms.

  • First burn: Allow wax to melt completely across the surface (2-3 hours)
  • Trim wick to 5mm before each use
