Our candles are hand poured and crafted in London. We use the highest % of fragrance, to ensure our candles are long lasting and the scent will fill your room.

How to Order
1. If you are unsure of what fragrance you like you can complete the fragrance quiz on our scents page here and add the scents type or particular scent you would like. Or you can choose from the options below
2. If the order is for someone special, and you have a delivery address or message. Add the comments to the order when you check out or email us your details to info@chantic.co.uk.
3. Check out and pay for the candle. We will make you candle within 2-3 days and sent it out with our delivery service.
4. Allow candle to cure for 7 days before lighting, to ensure maximum scent throw.
5. Enjoy the handmade candle, as a loving edition to you home or a special gift to a loved one.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days, for personalised product 4-7 days (3-4 weeks for trade).

RETURNS
We are happy to refund your products within 30 days of purchase. Simply send your items back to us in 'NEW CONDITION' and we will refund your original payment method within 7
working days. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right
to partially refund. We will not accept any products that have been used.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning
experience. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded.
